This page explains what 50g Productions collects, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you sign up for a tournament

We collect:

What's public

Anyone can see, for tournaments that are public:

These are never shown publicly: your email address, Discord handle, full name, nickname, Riot account ID, and any notes an organizer writes about your sign-up.

Who else can see it

The organizers of a tournament you sign up for can see everything you submitted for that tournament, so they can contact you and run the event.

Organizer accounts

For organizers and admins we store an email address, a display name and a password. The password is stored only as a secure hash, never as the password itself. For security we also keep a record of sign-ins and sign-in attempts, including IP address and browser.

Cookies

Organizers get one cookie that keeps them signed in. Players get no cookies from signing up. The site remembers your light or dark mode choice in your own browser, and that choice is never sent to us.

Riot Games

We get rank and account data from the Riot Games API and use it under Riot's policies. We send your Riot ID to Riot to look you up.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We use a hosting provider to run the site and Cloudflare to deliver it, and both handle traffic to the site on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep tournament sign-ups and results as part of that tournament's records. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, unless we need it to resolve an open dispute about a result.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.

Contact

For anything about a specific tournament, contact its organizers through the channels on that tournament's page.
